The process is easy to follow.
Complete your history
Before your appointment, complete the Information and History section of the Medical Examination Report, Form MCSA-5875.
Complete the examination
You will be asked about your medical history and asked to change into a gown. We check your vision, hearing, reflexes, heart, lungs, and other required areas.
Review your results
We give you the results of the examination at the end of the visit. Certification depends on the examination findings and applicable DOT rules.
Share when authorized
If you would like a copy of your report sent to your employer, please sign a release.

High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid diseases, asthma, COPD, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, obesity, anxiety, and depression.
Additional preventive care
Smoking cessation and routine gynecological care, including Pap smears, birth control prescriptions, and breast cancer screenings.
